Saturday Partner WOD:
- S-ledgehammer strikes (50 each)
- A-bmat sit-ups (100 each)
- T-oes to bar (50 each)
- U-under doubles or double unders (100 each)
- R-ing row pull-ups (50 each)
- D-eadlift (50 each) (185/135#)
- A-lternate leg split jerk (50 each) (115/85#)
- Y-ard weighted run (200 yards) (teams must carry weight plates and run together, 45/35 lb)
- **Only one partner can work at a time, the other partner will hold a KB in the front rack position (2/1.5 pood)
- **partners can trade off however they’d like…until both athletes complete required reps for each exercise, before moving on to the next movement.
- **rep counts for the exercises are for each athlete!
If you have a sledgehammer at home, bring it to the gym!!
