***What have you been wanting to work on but have not had the time during class? Is it progressing from a jumping pull-up to a kipping pull-up? Is it learning a MU transition in order to eventually try a MU? Is it a hand stand hold, hand stand push-up or possible a strict hand stand push-up? Or it may working on squat technique…with no weight or bars? Is it box jumps…adding one more plate to your height or adding plates to the box? ***100 meter run penalty anytime you break a set on any of the movements on any of the rounds. So…..if every set is done unbroken, you do not have to run at all!
