SWOD:

3 Sets of Max Reps Back Squat

***3 Minutes in between each effort. Weight should be heavy for you and the goal is to match or exceed reps from the first effort

WOD:

5 Rounds (each for time)

10 Power Snatches (95/65)

200 Sprint Row

***Rest 3 minutes in between each round
