Sled Pulls and Front Rack Lunges
Group 1: 50 Meter Sled Pull
This group will work up to their heaviest 50 meter sled pull
Group 2: 10 Front Rack Lunges
This group will work up to their heaviest 10 rep Front Rack Lunge set
***8 rounds of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off of each movement. Goal is to establish a rep count on the first round and try and maintain that number for the following 7 rounds.
