WOD:

100 Push-ups

100 Deadlifts (225/155)

100 Box Jumps (24/20)

100 Toes To Bar

100 Squat Clean Thrusters “Cluster” (95/65)

100 One Arm Hang DB Snatch (50/35)

100 OH Walking Lunges (45/25lb plate)

**Teams of 2

**Only one partner can work at time. Pairs may split up the work however they want. 

**All 100 reps must be completed before moving on to the next movement

**At the top of every minute BOTH partners must do 5 burpees TOGETHER
