WOD:

Power Clean Ladder + Deadlifts

*Athletes will progress through a timed ascending ladder of power cleans, until they reach failure weight.  At that point they will continue through the ladder, completing max reps deadlift, until failure.  

*The workout, including timed portions and weights, will be more thoroughly explained at the beginning of each class
