WOD: Teams of 2
One minute at each station
Multi Grip Pull-ups (Monkey Bars by Barbells)
Push-ups on Slam Ball (By the Back Door)
Push Press (95/65) (Racks Closest to Back Roll up Door)
Wall Balls (20/14)
Box Jumps (24/20) (Out on Gym Floor)
***First team will start on the rowers. When they are done, they move to pull-ups and then team #2 will start on the rowers. Each team starts filing in after the team in front of them finishes the rower. Team members will work at the SAME time!
***Score is total number of reps for BOTH team members.
