For 16 minutes perform:
Min 1: 20 Burpees
Min 2: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
Min 3: 10 Front Squats at 55% of your 1 rep max
Min 4: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
***Goal is to maintain your reps each minute for the entire 16 minutes. If you are unable to maintain the reps, just stop where you are and move on to the next exercise.
