***Choose your weight wisely! The beginning of the WOD should be challenging but doable. By the end of the WOD, the front squats will get hard, but you should be able to maintain the movements with good form for the 14 minutes.
***Remember, the front rack position is key to maintaining good form and efficiency throughout the WOD. Elbows high, chest up, weight in the heels and drive your knees out!! Mobility on your lats, wrists and hips are key to maintaining your form!!
