WOD:

“Chelsea”
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Each min on the min for 30 min – number of rounds completed is your score.

Video demo on Chelsea which gives some scaling options for pull ups and push ups. (Don’t look at her squat as an example of good technique!!! She rounds her spine at the bottom of each squat which is a “no-no”!
