SWOD:

find your 1 RM back squat

WOD: 

“Death by Gymnastics”

Even min PULLUPS

Odd min DIPS

On min 0, perform 1 pullup

On min 1, perform 1 dip

On min 2, perform 2 pullups

On min 3, perform 2 dips

On min 4, perform 3 pullups

On min 5, perform 3 dips

and so on and so forth…until you are unable to complete the work within a minute.
