There will be no childcare available today and tomorrow.  Sorry for any inconvenience!  Parents are still welcome to bring the kiddos, we will all assist each other in supervising them during the class.  Also, NO YOGA this Sunday June 14th.

10 hspu

20 wall ball shots (20/14 lbs)

30 toes to bar

40 power cleans (135/95 lbs)

50 burpees

60 sumo deadlift high pulls (75/55 lbs)

set up your barbell so that you can easily drop weight from the power cleans to proceed to the sumo deadlift high pulls.
