WOD:

EMOTM for 10 minutes

3 reps of deficit handstand push ups (MEN: 2-45# plates/WMN: 1-45# plate)

rest as needed or as time allows then…

15 min AMRAP

30 ft Handstand walk

sprint around the building**

5 bar muscle ups

sprint around the building**

50 double unders

sprint around the building**

***(Run out the back roll up door, go left and sprint around the building, then come in the front roll up door.)***
