Mobility work

Power Clean Review

WOD:

EMOTM for 12 minutes

odd minutes: 2 power cleans @ 80% of 1 RM​

even minutes:  50 DU

Note:

Men: if your 1 RM power clean is 200# or less, perform FOUR power cleans at 80% of your 1 RM

Women:  if your 1 RM power clean is 145# or less, perform FOUR power cleans at 80% of your 1 RM

10 burpee penalty to be performed for every even minute in which 50 DU are not successfully completed, penalty to be performed AFTER 12 minute wod is over
