SWOD:
You have 15 minutes to find 1 RM DB Power Snatch
*Find your 1 RM single arm Power Snatch for both arms using a dumbbell. If you need more than 100#’s – load a barbell.

WOD:
EMOTM (Time Cap: 30 minutes)
Complete 75 DB Thrusters (40/30# DB’s)

At the top of every EVEN Minute:
5 Box Jumps

At the top of every ODD Minute:
15 Double Unders

Rest 3 Minutes then:
One attempt max rep GHD Sit-ups.
