Part A:

Weighted Pull-ups

4 sets of 3-5 reps

**Rest 2-3 minutes in between each set

Part B:

Max Kipping Pull-ups in 90 seconds

Part C:

2 Rounds for Time

30 Calorie Row

30 Burpees

30 Deadlifts (185/125)

3 Minute Plank (If you break the plank before the 3 minutes is up, you must get up and run 100 meters and then continue where you left off)
