15 Overhead Squats (65/45)

Rest 5 Minutes

21-15-9 of

Pull-ups

Squat Jumps

***Warm-up should be short! You can use the 800 meter run at the beginning of your WOD as warm up too! 

***Score is total time including the two rest periods
