Max Reps Seated Dumb Bell Strict Press

***Choose a weight that you can perform 15-20 reps on each set. You can be seated on a bench or the ground

**Warm up with 2 sets of 6-8 reps with light weight

WOD:

15 Minute AMRAP (as many REPS as possible)

40 Double Unders

30 Wall Balls (20/14)

20 Pull Ups

10 HSPU (hand stand push up)
