WOD:

100 double unders (sub 3 to 1)

30 kb swing (1.5/1) pood

30 GHD sit ups (advanced) scaled is abmat sit-ups

30 strict pull ups (advanced) scaled is ring rows

30 goblet squats

30 ring dips (advanced) scaled is matador dips

30 toes to bar (advanced) scaled is knee to elbow

30 wall ball (20/14)

100 lunges

*throughout the entire workout athletes will stop what exercise they are on at the top of each minute and perform 2 burpees.

Then Rest 3 min:

800m run for time
