WOD:

Minutes 0-2 = 1 Squat Snatch (135/95)

Minutes 2-4 = 1 Squat Snatch, 2 Burpees Over the Bar

Minutes 4-6 = 1 Squat Snatch, 2 Burpee Over the Bar, 3 Deadlifts

Minutes 6-8 = 1 Squat Snatch, 2 Burpee Over the Bar, 3 Deadlifts, 4 Mountain Climbers

Minutes 8-10 = 1 Squat Snatch, 2 Burpee Over the Bar, 3 Deadlifts, 4 Mountain Climbers, 5 Front Squats

Minutes 10-12 = 1 Squat Snatch, 2 Burpee Over the Bar, 3 Deadlifts, 4 Mountain Climbers, 5 Front Squats, 6 sit-ups

Minutes 12-14 = 1 Squat Snatch, 2 Burpee Over the Bar, 3 Deadlifts, 4 Mountain Climbers, 5 Front Squats, 6 sit-ups, 7 Box Jumps

Minutes 14-16 = 1 Squat Snatch, 2 Burpee Over the Bar, 3 Deadlifts, 4 Mountain Climbers, 5 Front Squats, 6 sit-ups, 7 Box Jumps, 8 Shoulder to Overhead

Minutes 16-18 = 1 Squat Snatch, 2 Burpee Over the Bar, 3 Deadlifts, 4 Mountain Climbers, 5 Front Squats, 6 sit-ups, 7 Box Jump, 8 Shoulder to Overhead, 9 Toes to Bar

Minutes 18-20 = MAX REPS DOUBLE UNDERS

***The goal is to try and make it all the way through the workout. If you are unable to complete the amount of prescribed exercises within the 2 minute period, you are done. (This WOD has a similar structure to “death by” WODs)
