Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat (to be performed without letting go of the barbell each as separate movements)


***Athletes will do 3 lifts per set. Add weight each set until you reach your max


50 Calorie Row

50 Box Jumps (30/24)

50 Power Cleans (athlete choice…but should not be too light…maybe consider 75% of 1RM)

800 Meter Run
