WOD:

EMOTM (until you reach your max deadlift)

Snatches/Cleans/Deadlifts

***At the start of the clock, you start with an empty barbell. Each minute you will add 10lbs. You will complete a snatch each minute until you can no longer perform the movement. Then you will proceed by performing a clean each minute until you can no longer perform that movement. Then you will proceed by performing a deadlift each minute until you have reached your max.

***Note: You begin the WOD with an empty barbell. Each minute you will add 10lbs. The switch to the next movement ONLY occurs when you can no longer perform the movement you are on. 

***Depending on class size, you may need to partner up with someone of like lifting ability.
