SWOD: (15 Minutes)

Deadlift

3 x 5

WOD #1: (10 Minutes)

5 Rounds

1 Minute Max Distance Row

***Rest 30 seconds in between each effort

WOD #2: (15 Minutes)

EMOTM for 15 Minutes

7 Front Squats (95/65)

7 Push Press (95/65)

***If you are unable to complete the required reps within the minute, rest for the remainder of the minutes and start the next set at the top of the following minute! Weight should feel pretty light, however!
