WOD: Reebok CrossFit OPEN 2015 Week 2 (15.2)

From 0:00-3:00

2 rounds of

10 overhead squats (RX 95/65#/masters 45#/scaled masters 35#/teens 45#)

10 chest to bar pullups (scaled/masters=chin over bar pullups/jumping pullups) NO BANDS!!

From 3:00-6:00

2 rounds of

12 ohs

10 chest to bar pullups

From 6:00-9:00

2 rounds of

14 ohs

14 chest to bar pullups

etc, following the same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds during the 3 minute time frame…
