Remember, there are several scaling options you can choose to compare yourself with the rest of the ATHLETES IN THE WORLD!! There is a challenge for ALL ABILITIES. 250 Meter Row/Muscle-up AMRAP
***This WOD will be a competition between the athletes. One athlete will row while the other does as many muscle-ups as possible. Athletes will switch places as soon as the row is completed. A round is completed after both athletes have completed the row.
***Scale muscle-ups 3:1 (3 pull-ups/3 dips per muscle-up)
