Back Squat

5 x 5

**Rest 90 seconds in between each set of 5


5 Rounds

250 Meter Row

10 Power Cleans (145/105)

10 Box Jumps (24/20)

**Athletes will time each individual round and REST 2-3 minutes in between each round
