SWOD: (15 minutes)

Strict Pull Up

3-3-2-2-1

***If you do not have a strict pull-up, please begin your SWOD with the appropriate band, meaning, you can switch bands for each set…like you were adding weight. The idea is for each set to get progressively harder. MOST of us will not begin this workout without a band!

WOD: (20 Minutes)

20 Minute AMRAP

5 Hand Stand Push Up

10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

15 Jumping Squats

Rest 2 Minutes….Then….

Plank Hold 

**Hold for 1 minute and rest 20 seconds** (4 Rounds)

***If you are unable to hold the plank for 1 minute at a time, take a few seconds break and get right back into position!!! The clock will continue to run.
