Thirsty?? Bobbie reminds us to make sure we are drinking enough fluids during the Winter months. The cooler weather will sometimes trick you!

Great job to everyone who did 13.1 yesterday.  Saw some pretty great SNATCHES!  Kick off the OPEN season by registering online for the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games OPEN.  Just click the link, sacrifice a couple days of Starbuck’s money and pay your $20 to register!   Our affiliate will be participating each week by performing the workouts.  See where you rank amongst your peers worldwide!  Last year, we saw athletes trying new things they had never tried and succeeding!  The excitement and energy was contagious.  In 2014, CrossFit Sonora had 20 athletes that registered.  For 2015, let’s break in the new box with even more participation!

“The 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games season begins with the online Open. Anyone can sign up to compete in five workouts over five weeks, and post their scores online. Last year, the Open reached 209,000 athletes from around the world!  A scaled version of the Open workout will also be released each week. With reduced loading or less challenging movements, the scaled workouts will be designed to make the Open even more accessible.”
