CrossFit Totals

1 RM Back Squat

1 RM Shoulder Press

1 RM Deadlift

or

CrossFit Totals 2

1 RM Clean

1 RM Bench Press

1 RM Overhead Squat

Clean is from the ground, power or squat.

IF YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO GET YOUR CROSSFIT TOTALS DONE ON MONDAY, PLEASE DO THOSE AS YOUR WOD.  FOR THOSE WHO HAVE COMPLETED THEIR CFT, PERFORM CFT 2.
