50 Meter Sled Pull

**Rest 30 seconds between rounds

WOD:

10 Strict Press (85/115)

15 Overhead Squats

20 Push Press

25 Front Squat

30 Push Jerk

35 Back Squat

***Athletes will use the same barbell for all the movements and all barbells will come from the ground.
