1 Rep Max Power Clean
**Athletes will have 15-20 Minutes to find their 1RM power clean. This is a good amount of time. Utilize your time and rest periods between attempts. Start light and work up. Make sure you have your technique dialed in while the weight is light!!!
12 Minute AMRAP
Power Clean (70% of 1RM…from today’s lift)
Chest to Bar Pull-ups (Muscle-up option for those wanting an extra challenge)
**On the start of the clock, the athlete will perform 1 power clean and 1 chest to bar pull-up, then 2 power cleans and 2 chest to bar pull-ups, then 3 power cleans and 3 chest to bar pull-ups. This pattern will continue until the 12 minutes are up.
**Score is based on how the highest rep scheme the athlete was able to perform
