**Partners A & B do the 200m sprint together
Partner A will complete 5 man-makers while Partner B does front rack hold with KB, then they switch
A total of 50 pull ups must be completed between Partner A and B. They can split them up however they choose but both partners must do at least 1 rep. All 50 must be completed before moving on.
Partner A and B must each complete 25 goblet squats before moving on to next round.
