Mobilize as a group (shoulders for the rack position and hips)

Mobility WOD guru Kelly Starett talks about the problems with a poor set up position (posture) while his athlete is on the rower and how that can lead to shoulder pain. This same set-up position carries over to our lifts. Be aware of this today when thinking about how you are setting up for the power clean!!!
