10 Minutes to find your 2 Rep Max Bench Press

WOD:

Part One:

5 Rounds

12 Bench Press (about 65% of 2 RM)

15 GHD Sit-ups

***Rest 1-2 Minutes in between each round

Part Two:

8 Minute AMRAP

35 Double Unders

8 Front Squats (135/95)
