WOD:

8 Minute AMRAP

5 Overhead Squats (75/55)

7 Ring Dips

9 Weighted Walking Lunges (25/15) **not overhead**

REST 3 Minutes….THEN

5 Rounds for Time

8 Power Snatch (75/55)

8 Overhead Squats (75/55)

8 Push-ups

8 Box Jumps (24/20)

Rest 3 Minutes…Then

50 Wall Balls for Time (20/14)

***Athletes will have two scores at the end of the WOD…#1 – How many rounds in the 8 min AMRAP, #2 – Time it takes to complete the 5 rounds/rest/50 wall balls

***Clock begins for the 8 minute AMRAP…everyone will begin together…everyone will rest the 3 minutes together…then the clock will start again for part 2 of the WOD….your time at the end of part 2 and part 3 will be your second score!

***Remember…new address is 18901 Microtronics Way….just keep driving past the old location and turn right on the first street (Microtronics). Make sure to enter through the front door which is on the BACKSIDE of the building. CAN”T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL THERE!!!!
