20 Mintute AMRAP
***Great CrossFit Benchmark WOD! Look at your journal before class to find out how many rounds you got last time. Your goal should be to get at least 1 more round!!!
***Make sure to pace yourself. This is NOT the time to go all out in the beginning. It is a 20 minute AMRAP…find a good pace and try to maintain it!!! As you get to the 10 minute mark, evaluate how much you need to push yourself to beat your last time.
***If you are currently on bands for pull-ups, this is NOT a good WOD for bands. It wastes too much time getting in and out. You can either replace them with ring rows or jumping pull-ups. If you are on a red band for pull-ups, NOW is the time to try NO BANDS!!
