***Athletes must choose a dumbell weight and a barbell weight that will allow you to farmers carry the dumbells for 200 yards and carry a weighted barbell for 200 yards without SETTING IT DOWN!!!

WOD:

At the OLD GYM…

10 One Arm Dumbell Snatch (each arm)

200 Yard Dumbell Farmers Carry (to new gym w/o setting them down)

200 Yard Run (back to old gym)

At the OLD GYM…

10 Dumbell Squat Clean

200 Yard Dumbell Farmers Carry (to new gym w/o setting them down)

200 Yard Run (back to old gym)

At the OLD GYM…

10 Snatches

200 Yard Weighted Barbell Carry (to new gym w/o setting it down)

THEN…..

RUN 1 MILE
