***Athletes should be able to do each round of deadlifts UNBROKEN…make sure you pick a weight which allows you to move fast while maintaining proper form!!
***CLASSES WILL HELD IN THE REGULAR LOCATION (water is being plumbed at the new location…once this is ready to go, we will be moving the bumper plates and barbells…pretty much the only thing left!!! Stay tuned…but classes may be at the new space on Saturday!!)
