“Death By Wall Ball” (20#/14#)
Complete one Wall Ball on the start of the first minute, two Wall Balls on the second minute, three Wall Balls on the third minute, etc.. Continue for as long as you can complete the number of reps in the minute. 25min Cap!
Be Honest: If you are not able to fully execute the Wall Ball standards, no rep yourself if movement is not fully executed. Fair warning, coaches will be handing out no reps!
