0:00-2:00 Minutes

6 Power Snatch (75/45)

6 Sit-ups w/ a Wall Ball

2:00-4:00 Minutes

2 Rounds

8 Power Snatch

8 Sit-ups w/ a Wall Ball

4:00-6:00 Minutes

2 Rounds

10 Power Snatch

10 Wall Ball Sit-ups

6:00-8:00 Minutes

12 Power Snatch

12 Wall Ball Sit-ups

***Continue this “2 Round” pattern, adding 2 reps/cycle for each 2 minutes until you can no longer complete the work within the 2 minute time frame
