50 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
***Groups of three completing sets of 10 at a time.
***Partner #1 will begin by doing 10 Clean and Jerks (preferably unbroken)….then Partner #2 will complete 10 Clean and Jerks while #1 and #3 rest. Then Partner #3 will complete 10 Clean and Jerks while #1 and #2 rest. Complete this pattern until each athlete has completed 50 Clean and Jerk EACH!!!
***Try to pick a weight which is challenging but where you can also go unbroken. When it is your turn, it should be hard, but also a sprint….you will get plenty of rest!!
***If you have a group of two instead of three, just add on an extra 30 seconds rest after each partner does a set….kind of like a “ghost” 3rd partner!!!
