21 Hang Power Snatch (75/55)

12 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

***Look at the speed of the bar on this snatch demo and also the amount of power she puts into her “jump” or hip extension…..(the snatch is such an aggressive movement, we need to think aggressively when performing it)
