SWOD:

Find your 1 Rep Max Deadlift

WOD:

5 Cycles of a 3 Minute AMRAP (1 minute rest after each cycle)

3 Power Cleans (135/95)

6 Push-ups

9 Squats

***Athletes will do as many rounds as they can in 3 minutes. They will rest 1 minute and then start the next cycle where they left off from the previous one. Repeat this pattern for 5 cycles. 

***Score = Number of rounds completed
