ODD MINUTES: 3 Hang Squat Cleans (135/95)/max rep push ups

EVEN MINUTES: 3 Hang Squat Cleans/max rep box jumps

Rest 2 Minutes….THEN…

EMOTM for 10 Minutes

5 Thrusters (115/75)/max reps double unders

Rest 3 Minutes…THEN…

Plank Hold for time (If you do not hold your plank for at least 2 minutes, you must perform 100 sit-ups)
