Here is an old school CrossFit HQ video on wall ball technique…it is a quick video which is straight and to the point. The common faults or “bad” rep examples in this video are still very common among athletes. Lets really try to fix our wall ball shots today!!!

Here is another old school CrossFit HQ video with Greg Glassman explaining GHD sit-up techniques. Pay special attention to the last 1 minutes where he talks about extending the legs and using the quads on the way up!!
