***Please watch!!! Pay special attention to how Pat Sherwood emphasizes pushing the hips forward and knees out at the bottom of the squat. This is very basic stuff but so crucial to so many movements we do in CrossFit!!! You can certainly apply these simple cues and this technique to the “squat” portion of the overhead squat!!!
