8/16/14 “Here Comes the Bride” partner wedding WOD for Seth and Suzy!!!!

WOD:

100 Meter Piggy Back Carry

10 RFT

3 Power Cleans (135/95)

6 Push/Split Jerk

9 Front Squats

12 Box Jumps

15 Kettle Bell Swings

100 Meter Piggy Back Carry

***WOD begins with each pair completing the 100 meter carry. Once inside, partner A will begin one round of the 3-6-9-12-15 while the other partner B does Wall Balls (20/14). When partner A is finished, they will switch and partner B will do one round of 3-6-9-12-15. This pattern will continue until both partners have completed 5 rounds each for a total of 10 rounds. Then each pair will do the 100 meter carry again. 

***At the end of of the whole workout….each pair will do 100 sit-ups each at the same time. The time for the WOD is when both have completed their sit-ups. There will also be another measurable aspect to the workout. Each pair must keep track of how many wall balls they were able to complete!!
