SWOD:

Back Squat

3 x 5

Bench Press

3 x 5

WOD:

12 RFT

5 Burpees

5 HSPU

5 Pull-ups

Rest 3 minutes

Then 100 Sit-ups (anchored)

***Score is total time for the 12 rounds and sit-ups

***For HSPU….really try to learn the kipping motion today if you are able to be in a handstand position!! Feel free to start with 3 abmats!!
