It was a busy day at the gym yesterday!  Lots of people showed up to challenge themselves for that Push Up Strength workout.  We love the energy and smiles that those full classes bring!  You will see several new faces around the gym, so please take time to introduce yourself to some new WOD buddies and help them out with navigating the massive expanse of our gym:) mostly where to locate medballs, kettlebells and the bathroom, hehe!  Hope everyone started their week off with a good, hard met con and some strength and are ready to meet the rest of this week head on!  Allison is back today, fresh from the 2014 CrossFit Games, so you Tuesday AM peeps better be ready to WORK!

SWOD:

10-15 minutes…

establish a 3 rep max bench press
WOD:

30 deadlifts (135/95 lbs)

10 toes to bar

400 m run

20 power cleans (135/95 lbs)

20 toes to bar

400 m run

10 squat snatch (135/95 lbs)

30 toes to bar

400 m run
