WOD:

Teams of 2

Partner #1: 100 meter sled pull

Partner #2: Wall Balls (20/14)

***The #1 partner will perform as many wall balls as they can while partner #2 completes the sled pull. They will switch when the #2 finishes the sled pull. This pattern will continue until each team reaches 300 WALL BALLS!!!! 

***Sometimes athletes, especially in CrossFit, will get caught up in the idea of what RX means. It is not a bad thing, however, we all need to be aware of what it really means!!! Please read the following article which sheds some light on the situation.
